Preventive Maintanence with Thermal Imaging and Digital Sampling
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." Most conditions that lead to an electrical failure (then a heat and cooling failure, then a computer failure) can be prevented prior to a complete system failure due to overheated and/or loose connections. When your electrical system fails, usually there is smoke damage and sometimes water damage from the fire dept.
Non-destructive thermal imaging and digital sampling can spot trouble before it causes major problems. Non-destructive testing will not harm your circuits nor interfere with your equipment while it is running. This is the best and most cost effetive way to prevent emergency shutdowns.
Thermal Imaging will allow a trained technician to "see" what the human eye can not. We cannot see electricity, only the work it does; or the damage. By viewing objects in a different range of what the eye sees, we can assess and predict problems that normal electrical test equipment would not capture or see. Electrical repair can be done prior to a failure or damage to your home or business.
Normal maintenance with standard test equipment is necessary. Just a few years ago, the equiptment we use for infrared analysis cost in the 10's of thousands of dollars. Now we can deliver this non-destructive test and help prevent failure and damage, for little more than the standard scheduled maintenance cost.
