It was a hot summer day and I'd just got in from a meeting. I came in and turned on the lights. Nothing! I turned on the TV. Again, nothing. I was freaking out. What happened? I had a Jeffries Electric card in my mountain of business cards I'd gathered. I called in and was told a service person would arrive within 2 hours. I thought, "Hmmm...2 hours. We'll see"
Well....much to my surprise I had a knock at the doors 45 minutes after calling in. The electrician was a bright, personable young man who communicated with me every step of the way what he saw, what he thought the challenge was, how we would make the repairs and how much they would cost, what he did, and finally, other work that should be performed to enhance the electrical system in the house. And the final invoice was $10 less than he thought!
WOW! I don't remember getting service like that ever before and certainly haven't since. I hope I don't need an electrician again anytime soon, but if I do, I now know who to call.
